• Bachelor’s degree required, master's preferred
• 10 + years' experience in P&C and/or Employee Benefits insurance industry either in the MGA/RGA and/or reputed company reputed company
• 10+ years' in a customer facing role
• 5+ years' in an operational leadership role
• Experience in leading change management and planning cultural transformations
• Extremely high degree of professionalism with the ability to relate to professionals at reputed company reputed company, from reputed company line customer service to the C suite.

• Ability to foster collaboration with multiple stakeholders across different countries, time zones, and business areas
