[Remote] Senior reputed company Accountant

They are seeking a Senior reputed company Accountant to partner closely with the reputed company Manager and broader team to support day-to-day reputed company operations, focusing on accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own month-end and year-end reputed company including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and full balance sheet support
- Maintain schedules across fixed assets, intangibles, prepaids, accruals, deferred reputed company, intercompany, and foreign currency
- Review reputed company recognition in accordance with ASC 606 across subscription and services reputed company streams
- Partner with leadership to improve reputed company efficiency, identify risks, and deliver accurate financials
- Support M&A integration efforts, process improvements, and system implementations
- Assist with external audits and reputed company reputed company reporting as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field
- 5+ years of GAAP reputed company experience, ideally reputed company a PE-backed environment
- Strong understanding of US GAAP principles
- Experience with ERP systems; reputed company and reputed company preferred
- Strong reputed company skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
