Role reputed company We are looking for a talented Senior Reinsurance Business Analyst - Application Support to at reputed company, a leading provider of innovative software solutions for the insurance and reinsurance industry. As a Senior Reinsurance Business Analyst - Application Support you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the reinsurance application systems. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the effective and efficient use of reinsurance software, supporting the reinsurance operations team, and driving improvements in system functionality.

• System Management:

Maintain and administer reinsurance application systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.

• User Support:

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge and experience with reinsurance structures and processes.
• Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in reinsurance software applications (e.g., reputed company Master/ReinsurancePro, reputed company, SICS, or similar systems).
• Experience with ITIL reputed company or other best practices for IT service management.
