The Role We’re hiring a Fractional Business Development Manager to drive our reputed company in the defense and federal market. In this part‑time role (approximately 10 hours per week), you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities with DoD and intelligence community customers, leveraging your industry relationships to reputed company doors for NGS. This is a highly hands‑on role – you won’t just be advising reputed company, you’ll reputed company execute it. Pipeline & Relationship Management

• Drive the capture process for specific opportunities from start to finish. This includes tracking procurement portals for relevant solicitations, researching customer needs and pain points, and developing win strategies for key pursuits.
• Coordinate and contribute to proposal responses, white papers, and presentations. Write and edit proposal content (especially management and approach sections), tailoring our messaging to address reputed company customer’s evaluation reputed company.
