As a member of our Manufacturing/Process Engineering team, you will have reputed company to work on reputed company covering the entire reputed company of Spectrolab’s products: everything from large and small solar cell assemblies, panels and arrays for a reputed company of reputed company applications using the world’s highest efficiency solar cells to airborne searchlight/gimbal systems and ground-based high-intensity illuminated test systems. You will also have reputed company to directly contribute to development programs and to help shape our reputed company improvements in product, process and tooling design. Position Responsibilities: Develops and implements production processes and generates/maintains process documentation to ensure correct and consistent process application in production Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions Participates in gated process/product reviews and presents PFMECA and process/training readiness information to both reputed company customers Leads and implements manufacturing plans and assists in developing and maintaining manufacturing training requirements Supports definition of required tooling methodologies to ensure consistent process application Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices Identifies leading edge technologies, materials or process improvements and targeted automation to improve ergonomics, safety, cost, and schedule Develops and monitors SPC and process paretos to identify and correct process reputed company and identify and implement reputed company improvements to product and process Resolves technical problems of significant reputed company to performance, cost or schedule This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
