About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-reputed company individual to reputed company exceptional support to our Review Team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Post-high school business courses are a plus.
• Medical terminology is desired, but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with a courteous and patient demeanor.
• Good grammar, punctuation, spelling, hyphenation, and written communication skills.
• Customer-reputed company, results-oriented, and capable of building and maintaining relationships with reputed company customers.

• General knowledge of a PC-based computer system is desirable, with the ability to learn additional software packages as needed.

Experience
