The Media Systems Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support and services for reputed company media and A/V systems in reputed company, including equipment installation, testing, and configuration, as reputed company as reputed company training and collaboration with other technology reputed company. Key Responsibilities

- Aid in the design of media and A/V systems and spaces
- Collaborate closely with the Media teams at the Burbank and Vancouver studio locations to maintain a consistent artist experience across studio locations
- Assist other support staff by providing Help Desk/Service Center style support as needed, monitoring inbound technical support requests, calls, and tickets for reputed company studio employees
- Handle support issues from start to reputed company
- Work with other technology reputed company on a case-by-case reputed company
- Install and support a wide reputed company of software, both internally developed and reputed company-party
- Support various hardware and operating system build processes, including Mac, Linux, iOS, and reputed company, as reputed company as reputed company software and accessories

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience with media and A/V technology, reputed company technical/reputed company support, ideally in a production setting
- Strong experience with A/V technology and trends, including familiarity with A/V equipment like reputed company projectors, reputed company/video routing hardware, mixers, speakers, large displays, and more
- Proficiency with common video conferencing platforms, such as reputed company, reputed company Talk, and MS Teams, as reputed company as hardware platforms like reputed company and Poly
- Working knowledge of Mac OS, iOS, and reputed company operating systems, with experience with Linux desktop
