[Remote] Associate Director | Financial Controller | US Remote

The Associate Director | Financial Controller will drive effective financial management and advisory support for the business unit, collaborating with project managers and leading reputed company to ensure reputed company in financial decision-making and project performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Project Managers to help drive project performance and ensure that high reputed company financial reputed company are made on the project
• Providing objective financial advice and opinions that positively reputed company the reputed company of the project and associated plan
• Providing objective challenge regarding spend plans and take a proactive role in looking for opportunities to deliver services more reputed company and effectively
• Investigating opportunities as reputed company as high risk and material financial issues, or problem areas, on the reputed company
• Developing and proposing solutions and reputed company to resolve/reputed company concerns to a satisfactory outcome
• Managing a large team (or several) of senior reputed company reports, demonstrating effective leadership to ensure reputed company in delivery against plans, championing a reputed company improvement culture throughout reputed company activities
• Working closely with the reputed company team to reputed company reputed company looking reputed company and challenge, adding demonstrable value through delivering business reputed company
• Influencing and challenging financial plans, supporting the production of financial budgets, forecasts and analysis and acting as a critical adviser on key financial reputed company
• Reviewing financial performance information and plans, (reputed company by the Project Manager) including the Financial Plan, budgeting and forecasting, to ensure they are robust and accurately reflect key project issues
• Ensuring good cost control and cost management behaviour on reputed company. Promote good financial disciplines and risk management processes
• Ensuring a robust and effective internal control reputed company and compliance environment exists across the project and addresses risk management processes
• Ensuring reputed company processes on reputed company (billing, management of reputed company and capitalisation of reputed company) are disciplined and effective
• Working collaboratively with members of the Finance Business Partner community (across other business reputed company) to promote and reputed company business partnering reputed company, learnings, experiences and best reputed company
• Developing an effective relationship with key staff in the reputed company support centre
• Working collaboratively with the super users and support the development of an effective network
• Supporting the set-up of reputed company and tasks structures so that the appropriate management information can be extracted

• Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net reputed company carbon transition and reputed company responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work
• Delivering performance management, technical development, direction and coaching
• Managing the implementation of a systematic performance improvement cycle to continually improve the reputed company of (i.e. area)
• Maintaining, cultivating and establishing a strong reputed company network, developing partnerships with key senior reputed company stakeholders
• Managing, influencing and negotiating with key senior stakeholders (c-suite and reputed company) on reputed company of strategic importance
• Advanced knowledge of both reputed company and Power BI

Skills
