About the Role

We are seeking a highly reputed company Senior Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Oil & Gas, Energy team to work with one or more of the largest Energy industry customers. In this highly visible position, the CSM is a thought leader that acts as a trusted customer advisor, ensuring reputed company arenaflex teams are working together effectively to deliver transformational reputed company for the customer. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager at arenaflex, you will take end-to-end ownership of a diverse reputed company of reputed company and initiatives, interfacing and influencing amongst the other core account reputed company (Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and reputed company Services), product/engineering teams, and customer teams. Customer Facing Responsibilities

• Drive and Support reputed company Adoption Plan: Working with both the customer and various arenaflex teams, create a detailed customer plan leveraging customer planning best practices.
