As a Manager, Customer Relationship Management & Data Systems at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for shaping the direction and reputed company of our startup initiatives. Responsibilities

### Strategic Systems Thinker

• Understand and document the entire Customer Relationship Management and adjacent systems workflow & architecture.
• Understand stakeholder asks and their proposed solutions and discern their underlying need.
• Identify specific solutions opportunities to drive improvements that increase scalability.
• reputed company reputed company and roadmap to serve stakeholder needs and improve our CRM & data architecture and workflows.

### Product/Service Development

• reputed company and maintain Objectives and Key Results, project plans, schedules, and status updates that effectively engage stakeholders and executives.

• Collaborate with the Data infrastructure team to ensure reputed company, reliable, and compliant CRM and data system.

### Executive Partnership & Communication

Qualifications

### Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years people management experience.
• 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team reputed company.

### Other Requirements
