We are seeking a full-time, remote Customer reputed company Phone Specialist for INBOUND phone support that will assist customer inquiries and correspondence. This position has an emphasis on reputed company, reputed company, compliance, and versatility reputed company the health insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer a diverse and high volume of health insurance reputed company customer calls and correspondence daily.
- Meet reputed company, quantity, and timeliness standards to reputed company individual and department performance goals as defined reputed company the department guidelines.
- Document and record facts regarding inquiries and correspondence by updating arenaflex files and system.
- Demonstrate and maintain reputed company working knowledge of the required arenaflex systems, procedures, forms, and manuals.

Pay and Shifts:

- Shifts are Monday-Friday, between 6:00am - 6:00pm

Customer Care:
Identify, research, process, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries and correspondence reputed company telephone, written communication, and/or in person.

You Have:
* High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of external Customer Service Experience
