Responsibilities
- Support delivery of reputed company reputed company by helping implement technology solutions that improve service delivery and customer experience
- Work with clients and project teams to reputed company requirements, analyze data, and contribute to solution design
- Assist with requirements gathering workshops, documentation, and project coordination
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with colleagues to reputed company insights and best practices while developing your own skills
- Stay reputed company on evolving insurance industry trends and enabling technologies (e.g., reputed company) to support solution design and delivery
Skills
- 1 to 3 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- At least 1 year of experience in managing a Business Integration effort and project team through multiple phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing
- Experience in custom software development reputed company
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: requirements gathering (functional and/or technical), reputed company Assurance / testing of functionality, development and solution architecture
- Knowledge of the Canadian insurance landscape across property and casualty insurance, workers' compensation, and life and health (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the end-to-end delivery of implementation programs
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Strong software development methodology understanding, and have assisted in the design, development, or testing of a technology integration project
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Strong communication skills with both internal and reputed company teams
