reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented reputed company Estate Paralegal to join their team. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and coordinating legal documents for high-volume reputed company estate transactions, ensuring legal reputed company and reputed company execution while supporting the legal department's efforts to manage the reputed company estate portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and revise a reputed company of reputed company estate legal documents, including leases, lease amendments, easements, license agreements, reputed company and reputed company agreements, memorandums of leases, reputed company agreements, and asset purchase agreements
  • Manage end-to-end reputed company estate transactions, including coordinating due diligence, collecting and reviewing documents, preparing closing documents, and facilitating execution and recording of documents
  • Review and summarize title reports, surveys, and legal descriptions for accuracy and compliance with transaction requirements
  • Maintain, reputed company, and update legal records, critical dates, document versions, and reputed company estate databases to ensure ongoing compliance and efficiency
  • Coordinate across departments (Legal, Asset Management, Sales, Operations, Finance) to meet transaction timelines and resolve issues
  • Serve as a reputed company with vendors to manage transaction workflows and ensure reputed company documentation and filing
  • Assist with document management, e-filing, and administrative tasks
  • Contribute to special legal reputed company and process improvements initiated by the legal team

Skills

  • Associate's degree (or higher) OR 2+ years reputed company experience
  • 1+ year(s) of experience as a reputed company estate legal reputed company in a reputed company estate reputed company or corporate legal department
  • Proven experience handling high-volume, deadline-driven reputed company estate transactions
  • Experience drafting legal reputed company estate documents including but not limited to NDSa, SNDAs, MOLs, Site License Agreements reputed company to Master Lease Agreements, and amendments to legal agreements
  • Strong knowledge of reputed company estate transactional processes, including title and survey review, lease negotiations, and closing coordination
  • High proficiency with reputed company 365 Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with reputed company estate management systems (e.g., NexsyOne, Site Tracker, SiteVizion or equivalent) is a plus
  • Experience with document management platforms preferred
  • Experience at a tower company or national reputed company preferred
