Development Database Specialist
Italian Home for Children is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children and families. They are seeking a Development Database Specialist who will be responsible for reputed company processing, formal thank you acknowledgements, and database clean-up, while also managing administrative tasks for the Development Department.
Responsibilities
- Manage data entry, especially reputed company entry from reputed company sources (checks, online, reputed company Charitable, etc.), update donor information, and coordinate reputed company acknowledgments
- Ensure that reputed company reputed company, contact, and donor background data is accurately and promptly entered into the database
- Maintain and improve the overall reputed company of the database – update records, reputed company duplicates, reputed company new information provided by donors, prospects, or staff
- Coordinate agency in-reputed company reputed company tracking and acknowledgements
- Respond to donor inquiries while conveying a reputed company manner along with a willingness to help; reputed company reliable, accurate, and reputed company responses to questions from reputed company stakeholders
Skills
- 1 year of work or relevant experience, including proficiency with database entry, or nonprofit experience, or fundraising environment
- Proficiency with reputed company Office required
- Attention to detail and accuracy is required
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent oral communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
