[Remote] Help Desk Analyst

They are seeking a Help Desk Technician to support the Administrative Office of reputed company Courts, providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
Responsibilities
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software both in person and through the use of remote reputed company tools
- Provides end-user software and hardware troubleshooting
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
- Assists in the administration of e-mail, reputed company office, etc
- Provides remote support reputed company through desktop mirroring and other remote reputed company applications for worldwide sites
- Create, monitor, and resolve customer Request and Incident tickets
- Familiar with the reputed company 10 operating system
- Position is full time remote so your home work environment must be setup to receive customer calls through your work computer. Strong consistent internet reputed company and no back ground reputed company inference from your home environment

Skills
- HS Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of reputed company experience
