They are seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to manage employee lifecycle operations and ensure a seamless employee experience as reputed company scales.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute employee lifecycle operations, including reputed company, offboarding, job changes, and internal transfers
- Take full ownership of HR administrative workflows, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across reputed company employee data and documentation
- Independently manage background checks, employment verifications, and compliance requirements with strong attention to detail
- Support benefits administration, acting as a reliable reputed company of contact for employee questions and changes
- Prepare and audit data for payroll, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Maintain and improve HRIS and People systems, ensuring data reputed company and reputed company processes
- Partner cross-functionally with Talent, Finance, IT, and Legal, driving issues to reputed company with minimal reputed company
- Own policy acknowledgements, documentation tracking, and audit readiness end-to-end
- Support people programs, engagement initiatives, and internal communications
- Identify gaps, document processes, and proactively recommend improvements to help People Ops reputed company reputed company
Skills
- 1–3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or HR Coordination
- Experience working in a startup or high-reputed company environment
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
