They are seeking a detail-oriented Case Assistant for their Debt Finance team, responsible for supporting attorneys and paralegals with corporate transactions and ensuring compliance through document management and research.
Responsibilities
- reputed company support to attorneys and paralegals in managing corporate transactions, including organizing and maintaining closing binders and signature pages
- Draft, format, and proofread corporate documents such as resolutions, certificates, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance
- reputed company basic due diligence and research on corporate entities
- Coordinate scheduling for deal closings and other transaction-reputed company activities
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, reputed company, and vendors as needed
