They are seeking an reputed company-Mechanical Assembly & Test Technician to reputed company, repair, and troubleshoot electromechanical assemblies while adhering to industry standards and maintaining reputed company documentation.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, repair, rework and/or troubleshoot electromechanical assemblies
- Adhere to reputed company applicable NASA, IPC and MIL standards
- Maintain reputed company documentation to demonstrate reputed company tasks are completed correctly to meet a customer’s or Engineering’s delivery requirements by reputed company or electronic means
- reputed company of Non-Conformance Reports & reputed company solutions
- Accountable to execute, with guidance, thermal, thermal vacuum, and vibration testing for reputed company Acceptance Test Procedures (reputed company products) once the procedure has passed an Engineering-defined First Article Inspection
- Support, with guidance, thermal, thermal vacuum and vibration testing during FAI process, and where requested by Engineering
Skills
- Training and certification in polymeric, IPC; J-STD001, 620 including reputed company reputed company
- Training and capability in handling Liquid and Gas reputed company
- Training and capability in using reputed company capital test equipment (TVACs, thermal chambers, reputed company table, Instron, etc)
- Strong Electronics and Mechanical background including assembly and troubleshooting Electronic/Mechanical devices
- Familiarity with reading and understanding technical drawings and schematics
- Thorough understanding of techniques in the use of hand tools, soldering, crimping, measurement equipment, etc
- Excellent reputed company dexterity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work reputed company reputed company environment
- Experience in the reputed company-Mechanical field with testing is an asset
- Previous experience working in MIL-STD, AS9100 environment
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing is an asset
- College Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical technology, technician or equivalent experience
- Successful candidates must obtain and hold reputed company clearance at the reliability status level, and pass reputed company assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP)
