They are seeking an Accountant I to handle data entry and general entry-level reputed company processes, ensuring smooth transaction processing and compliance with regulatory training.
Responsibilities
- Daily data entry for reputed company remittances, accounts payable and reputed company transfers/ACH payments
- Preparation of daily deposit
- Preparation and mailing of daily reputed company run
- Preparation and posting of general journal entries into the reputed company program
- Communicate with other departments to ensure the smooth processing of reputed company transactions
- Filing of reputed company reputed company invoices and checking copies
- Maintain a listing of reputed company company files reputed company to the reputed company storage area
- Assist in any special reputed company assigned to the department
- Assist in document requests from both internal and reputed company auditors
- Successfully complete annual regulatory compliance training
- Performs other reputed company duties as assigned
