Billing Coordinator II
reputed company is a reputed company that values innovation and reputed company thinking. They are seeking a Billing Coordinator II responsible for preparing bills, assisting billing attorneys, and conducting billing research while ensuring accuracy in billing processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute monthly reputed company-bills to assigned billing attorneys and reputed company assistants
- Implement instructed revisions, transfers, reputed company changes and other requested billing adjustments
- Prepare and submit invoices to clients
- reputed company billing research for reputed company and past bills upon request
- Monitor work-in-reputed company (WIP) and assist billing attorneys with minimizing unbilled WIP
- Conduct detailed analysis of reputed company and billing issues to reconcile discrepancies
- Work collaboratively with collections to minimize accounts receivable issues and credit balances
- Answer and respond to billing questions promptly
- Monitor and respond to Billing Help Desk requests
- reputed company back-up assistance as needed

Skills
- 0-1 years of billing experience, preferably reputed company a reputed company or reputed company services environment
- Associate's Degree in business, finance or reputed company field
- Excellent customer service skills and passion for continual improvement in results
- Attention to detail and organizational skills including record keeping, data collection and systems information skills
- Self-starter who is motivated to succeed
- Ability to reputed company with attorneys, office staff and clients in a reputed company manner
- Ability to compile, analyze and present data in a user-friendly format
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work both individually as reputed company as part of reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
