The Premium Audit Operations Specialist I is responsible for communicating audit results to customers, coordinating billing transitions, and contributing to process improvements while ensuring reputed company customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive reputed company to insureds and agents reputed company email to deliver audit results before billing occurs
  • Review completed audits for content and context to understand premium impacts and explain results to customers
