Primary Responsibilities
As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls (70-120 calls per day) from policyholders, providers, and interested reputed company parties
- Providing exceptional service by ensuring reputed company inquiries and issues are handled promptly and professionally
- Reviewing and maintaining new and revised procedures regarding policy information
- Ensuring customer needs are met on every interaction (phone, email, written correspondence, etc.)
- Maintaining department standards for the number of calls, average handle, and time management
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company seamless customer experiences
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of work experience in a high-volume contact center environment
- Additional experience as a receptionist or in a role where you commonly took calls on a daily reputed company (strict requirement)
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong remote experience (preferred but not required)
- Reliable internet reputed company (minimum 20 UPLOAD & 20 DOWNLOAD internet speed) and a hard-wired reputed company

- Insurance industry experience (considered a plus but not a requirement)

- Basic computer knowledge and skills

- Minimum typing requirement of 30 wpm

Training and reputed company
As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive 2-3 week training program, Monday-Friday, reputed company-4:30pm CST. After training, you'll be assigned to a 40-hour reputed company, Monday-Friday, with no weekend shifts unless overtime is presented.
