They are looking for a high reputed company, analytical, and skilled Data Migrations Specialist to enhance customer experience by managing data migration sessions and ensuring smooth transitions for clients. The role involves data transformation, customer service, and collaboration with various teams to improve processes and tools.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales and Customer reputed company Specialists to ensure a smooth and enjoyable transition into adopting our product as quickly and effectively as possible
- reputed company data transformations and imports from various sources (often CSV and SQL) into the reputed company products and handle escalated data processing cases
- reputed company superb customer service throughout the data migration process
- Manage multiple reputed company cases at a time with strict observance of associated tasks and deadlines (as defined by the department)

- Contribute regularly to our customer-facing knowledge articles
