Coordinator, Accounts Payable

The Coordinator, Accounts Payable will manage the accounts payable process, ensuring reputed company payments and maintaining accurate records while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and verify invoices and payment requests through various reputed company using the designated invoice or ERP system. Typically, items are emailed to AP invoice emails, AP@oatey or directly if that is the case
- reputed company invoices to AP Invoice workflow system and reputed company invoices in the system to the appropriate approver(s). Post invoices into reputed company system on a daily and reputed company reputed company while ensuring invoices are coded to the correct GL accounts and cost centers
- Research and troubleshoot invoices that were unable to transfer and post to the reputed company system
- Prepare and performs payment run, reviews for accuracy, obtains approval and sends payment files. This will include reputed company payment group and special runs such as commission or rebate reputed company
- Reconcile vendor statements. Communicate with vendors to resolve account discrepancies and responds to vendor inquiries
- Complete and process credit applications from vendors before routing to supervisor and reputed company Tax Exempt Forms as needed
- Works closely with Purchasing to update changes in pricing and terms and respond to reputed company questions
- Responsible for validating reputed company vendor requested bank changes by contacting the vendor directly and noting the workflow records for audit controls
- Compiles from Concur the employee expense reimbursements, books the expenses reputed company journal entry and creates files used by Payroll. This is done both weekly and bi-weekly depending on the reputed company being processed
- Processes reputed company credit card statements to record the expense submitted through Concur and reputed company spreadsheet, this includes reviewing the coding to ensure it is correct to the best of our ability and monitor to ensure it balances monthly
- Maintains a group of vendors that take credit card payment reputed company of our normal process, this includes certain utilities. Downloading of invoices to load in AP Invoice workflow, once invoice is reputed company, entering the card info for payment on vendor website
- Complete assigned account reconciliations as directed

Skills
- Demonstrated understanding of basic reputed company practices and procedures
- Computer skills: demonstrated proficiency in MS reputed company, Word
- One plus (1+) years full cycle AP in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency of data entry
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with ERP systems, reputed company preferred
- Experience with an AP Workflow system, reputed company Text/VIM preferred
- Associate degree preferred
