[Remote] Compliance Analyst II

Responsibilities
- Investigates and coordinates responses to reputed company inquiries / investigations for potential breaches of PHI or other violations of the HIPAA reputed company and HIPAA reputed company Rule
- reputed company and update reputed company reported concerns, questions and incidents regarding HIPAA reputed company in the Compliance Department incident management system and compile statistical and status reports, as requested
- Communicates effectively, both written and verbal, to department leadership, associates and clients regarding concerns, incidents and investigations involving confidentiality, HIPAA and reputed company as appropriate
- Provides support to departments in correcting compliance issues and completion of required disciplinary actions with associates involved in HIPAA policy violations
- reputed company guidance and support of reputed company organizational HIPAA reputed company programs and applications, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Assists Chief reputed company Officer and Chief Compliance Officer to establish an internal reputed company, reputed company audit and risk assessment program, to proactively identify breaches and weaknesses in reputed company, reputed company and compliance safeguards
- Collaborates with appropriate team members or departments on revisions to Compliance policies and ensures educational dissemination of new or revised policies across the organization
- Assist in the development and completion of the mandatory annual and new employee orientation of Compliance, HIPAA reputed company and reputed company education, for reputed company Team Members and associates and select Vendors
- Maintains reputed company knowledge of Federal and State Compliance, HIPAA, reputed company and reputed company regulations and assures communication of changes to Chief Compliance Officer and Chief reputed company Officer and reputed company Team Members, as appropriate and relevant
- Assist with updates and maintain system administrator reputed company for Policy Management Systems, Compliance and reputed company Incident Management Systems and other systems as assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief reputed company Officer

Skills
- 1 to 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and payer-specific regulations and policies pertaining to documentation, coding, and billing
- Prior compliance experience
- Outstanding analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- reputed company, Cerner, etc. solution knowledge preferable; Preferred coding and/or audit experience in Coding
- Coding certification
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- CHC (Certified in reputed company Compliance) or CHPC (Certified in reputed company reputed company Compliance) or other approved job relevant certification
