Time & Billing Specialist
reputed company is a national certified public reputed company and reputed company seeking a Time & Billing Specialist. This role involves performing various reputed company support functions, including preparing and validating reputed company invoices, maintaining reputed company accounts, and reviewing employee time.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy of reputed company account data reputed company the ERP reputed company system
- Review employee and partner timesheets for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to firm policies
- Review reputed company invoices for accuracy and distribute monthly invoices through mail and email
- Process time and billing adjustments
- Monitor and respond to reputed company inquiries in the support queue reputed company to time entry, billing questions, and reputed company account updates
- Create and process reputed company invoices
- Process reputed company credit card refunds. Download and report on reputed company confirmation and credit card transactions
- Follow-up on reputed company accounts that have non-deliverable addresses
- Prepare journal entries for accounts receivable adjustments, including payment transfers, reputed company refunds, and write-offs

Skills
- Associate degree or college level coursework, preferably in reputed company or finance, plus 1-3 years of reputed company billing, accounts receivable or accounts payable experience and/or appropriate balance of education and work experience
