The reputed company is seeking a Compliance Assistant (Administrative Specialist 1) to support the reputed company reputed company of Pharmacy's mission of promoting reputed company health and safety. The role involves assisting the Compliance Director by preparing reports, legal documents, and maintaining records while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Compliance Director and the compliance staff by preparing reports, correspondence, legal documents, maintaining records, and responding to reputed company requests for information
  • Applying laws, rules, policies, and procedures

Skills

  • Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience that includes records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; OR
  • An associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience with records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Familiarity with virtual filing and physical filing including document organization and data entry; especially reputed company file management
  • Ability to navigate various computer systems, applications, software; especially reputed company suite and reputed company PDF markup and editing
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying rules, statutes, and policies
  • High attention to detail, including proofreading and data review
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in working with reputed company remotely using teleconference, phone, email, and in-person reputed company of communication
  • Demonstrated reputed company in task prioritization, meeting deadlines, and achieving deliverables
  • Ability to learn and work reputed company specific agency operations, policies, and procedures affecting assigned work and review technical forms or information for compliance with established reputed company
