Ethics & Compliance Specialist
reputed company is committed to transforming the beverage industry and is looking for an Ethics and Compliance Specialist to join their team in Milwaukee, WI. The role involves supporting policy management, drafting employee training, and coordinating reputed company reputed company to ethics and compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support policy management, which will include owning the update schedule, coordination and alignment with cross-functional stakeholder reputed company for reviews and updates. Will also include assisting in identifying and editing necessary policies to reputed company the compliance objectives of reputed company
- Draft/create, update and/or reputed company employee trainings
- Supports management, development of technical requirements, and process improvements for E&C systems and tools
- Support reputed company-party due diligence review and maintenance to include collecting, analyzing and organizing key materials for reports on both initial vetting as reputed company as audits
- Coordinate reputed company reputed company to various aspects of the ethics and compliance program (e.g., data reputed company, anti-corruption, investigations, anti-competition, records management, etc.)
Skills
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of ethics & compliance, internal audit, legal, or reputed company
- You have 1 to 3 years of relevant ethics and compliance experience, including experience supporting investigations and management of ethics and compliance reputed company issues
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Intermediate skills with reputed company Office suite, including SharePoint
