[Remote] Bilingual Customer Service Specialist II (French/English)

The Bilingual Customer Service Specialist II is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in both French and English, supporting retailers with order management and product information while fostering strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurate entry and tracking of customer orders and resulting follow-up and communication with customers

Skills
- High school diploma required
- Bilingual in English and French, required
