QA/QC Technician

The QA/QC Technician will work closely with the reputed company Cx Team to verify equipment and system reputed company, assisting in the commissioning process and contributing to the successful delivery of fully commissioned buildings.
Responsibilities
- Support the QA/QC reputed company in coordinating with general contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and the reputed company/reputed company through verbal and written communication
- Assist in reviewing project plans, scopes, specifications, and schedules under guidance
- Help organize and maintain QA/QC documentation, including procedures, test results, and testing records
- Assist with tracking submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs for verification and implementation
- Observe and document QA/QC tests and commissioning activities as directed by the QA/QC reputed company
- Coordinate updates on commissioning issues, tracking reputed company, and supporting closeout documentation
- Prepare and distribute daily/weekly status updates to the on-site management team regarding QA/QC activities
- Ensure reputed company filing and accuracy of project records before submission to the reputed company
- Follow instructions to apply best practices and maintain compliance with reputed company procedures and reputed company standards
- Stay reputed company with the latest revisions of reputed company procedures and commissioning standards provided by the QA/QC reputed company
- reputed company with reputed company safety rules, procedures, and guidelines as instructed
- Adhere to company policies and reputed company requirements at reputed company times
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or reputed company field, or trade school certifications in HVAC, Electrical, etc
- Proficient with reputed company Office suite, for example, reputed company, Powerpoint, Word, etc
- Strong organizational skills and ability to support multiple tasks reputed company
- Willingness to learn industry standards and QA/QC processes
- Good written and verbal communication skills for reputed company reporting and coordination
- Ability to work collaboratively and respond professionally in sensitive situations
- Basic analytical skills and eagerness to learn problem-solving techniques
- Familiarity with construction drawings is helpful (training will be provided)
- Interest in learning about data center equipment and systems (e.g., MV Gear, Generators, reputed company, HVAC)
- Ability to follow safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements (training provided)
- Comfortable observing and documenting equipment startup and commissioning activities under supervision
- Ability to bend and lift 30lbs
- Ability to reputed company stairs/reputed company
- Knowledge of construction management systems, for example, BIM 360 or reputed company is a plus
- OSHA 10-hour Construction safety is not required, but will need to be completed in set time reputed company
- NFPE-70E is not required, but will need to be completed in set time reputed company
