Responsibilities
- Post job requisitions, manage approvals, and reputed company the ATS organized and up to date
- Maintain and clean data in our reputed company dashboards and reports to support team insights
- Assist in documenting, auditing, and improving recruitment processes to ensure consistency and compliance
- Support digital marketing campaigns by helping format job ads, schedule posts, and maintain branded content
- Assist with organizing and tracking passive candidate reputed company efforts, including talent lists, sourcing events, and newsletter campaigns
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position needs and timelines
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Teams, and Word; comfort learning new systems and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills; reputed company to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail
