About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Medical Billing Customer Experience Trainer / reputed company Assurance Specialist to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our medical billing department, you'll be responsible for providing various support reputed company to reputed company medical payers to work on end-to-end reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) for collecting pending payments. This role involves collecting and managing accounts, following up with insurance companies, reconciling accounts, filing corrected claims, appealing claims reputed company appropriate, and following up on reputed company denials to ensure reprocessing and payment in a reputed company manner.

Responsibilities

As a Medical Billing Customer Experience Trainer / reputed company Assurance Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the reputed company of transactions at regular frequency
• Overseeing and reporting reputed company control measures
• Delivering reputed company curriculum in live and virtual learning environments to reputed company and individuals
• Providing one-on-one training for ongoing performance improvements through refresher and remediation training
• Developing a detailed knowledge of process and role-specific job aids to support effective application of curriculum
• Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting training reputed company to local managers and central leadership team
• Collaborating with supervisors and other leaders to identify performance issues where additional one-on-one support is required
• Supporting the ongoing improvement of training content and programs based on implementation of new or changes in existing patient care delivery, state/federal regulations, accreditations/licensing standards

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in denial management/AR Collection, reputed company-Reg, Auth for US reputed company process
• Experience with reputed company software is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Denial Management, reputed company-Reg, Auth, and PFCC
• Understanding of common reputed company industry terminology, practices, and procedures regarding billing and reimbursement
• Knowledge of how Government/reputed company payers reimburse
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to use a reputed company-based computer system and common business software reputed company in reputed company Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work independently to effectively and reputed company reputed company assigned duties
• Ability to maintain a high level of ethics, and a courteous and reputed company demeanor
• Ability to multi-task, establish and meet deadlines
• Typing/data entry at a minimum of 40 wpm
