As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of reputed company, delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work in a high-energy environment, leveraging leading technologies and systems to resolve customer inquiries and meet sales targets. Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types through inbound calls, responding to questions and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner

• Utilize probing question skills to reputed company listen to customers and understand their needs, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
• Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers
• Manage and overcome objections for subscribers cancellation and suspend requests, working to reduce churn and improve customer retention

Qualifications
