In this role, you'll assist in the transformation and innovation of our VOC methodology, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from reputed company, and the Agile team in Technology. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with reputed company teams to outline, design, and capture business needs

- Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions

### Essential Qualifications
