ABOUT THE ROLE

reputed company is looking for a motivated Expert Service Delivery Manager to join reputed company. In this role, you will build and grow our customer relationships, serving as a true partner and the main reputed company of contact between clients and our hosting services. As an Expert Service Delivery Manager, you will be the primary technology advisor for our reputed company-hosted clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and reputed company their goals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage our technology reputed company relationship, including daily communications, weekly status meetings, and executive reporting on KPIs/SLAs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives.

Technical & Operational Management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in a reputed company-facing account management or technical support role, preferably reputed company the reputed company industry.

TRAVEL

• Up to 30% travel may be required.
