[Remote] Tier I Service Desk Analyst (Help Desk Support Specialist I)

The role involves diagnosing and resolving IT-reputed company incidents while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a reputed company of software applications
- Assist reputed company users with any logged IT-reputed company incident reputed company reputed company upon
- Conduct problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the customer as soon as possible
- Accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system
