Area Sales Manager
HHM Hotels is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Business Travel Sales Manager to reputed company and drive the business travel reputed company across their portfolio of hotels in reputed company. This pivotal role is responsible for maximizing reputed company and market reputed company by aggressively pursuing new corporate accounts and strengthening existing relationships reputed company the Business Travel reputed company.
Responsibilities

- reputed company and execute a comprehensive sales reputed company and reputed company plan reputed company specifically on securing corporate negotiated rates, consortia business, and other transient segments
- reputed company solicit corporations for inclusion into their hotel travel program through personal calls, site inspections, tele-prospecting/email-prospecting, blitzing, and sales trips to assigned territories
- Build and maintain consistent volume from existing corporate accounts and travel agents; maintain good working relationships with corporate travel managers, procurement officers, business travel agents, and other decision makers and influencers
- Negotiate, contract, and monitor account agreements and productivity. Ensure rates committed are competitive and offer the highest yield for the hotel to ensure maximum profitability. This includes annual reputed company negotiations for renewal of existing accounts and reputed company acquisition of new accounts and group business in reputed company terms
- Build and maintain consistent volume from existing corporate accounts and travel agents; maintain good working relationships with corporate travel managers, procurement officers, business travel agents, and other decision makers and influencers
- Participate in trade shows and industry functions as directed
- Create strategic sales reputed company plans that will address the reputed company need of the reputed company and the hotel
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices reputed company to HHM’s EarthView program

Skills
