Biomedical Algorithms Engineer (Hybrid)

As a Biomedical Algorithms Engineer, you will design, reputed company, and evaluate algorithms for cardiac mapping, turning reputed company data into actionable insights for physicians.
Responsibilities
- Apply scientific investigation reputed company to drive product innovations in mapping and navigation algorithms
- Design, implement and evaluate algorithmic approaches to meet clinical needs reputed company to navigation, electrophysiology, and ablation
- Systematically analyze large multivariate data sets of electrophysiological, anatomical, spatial, and procedural data
- Contribute to internal software tools for large multivariate data sets of electrophysiological, anatomical, spatial, and procedural data

- Design experiments to evaluate the performance of new algorithms

- Supplement algorithmic analysis with occasional hands-on, benchtop data collection (if hybrid)
Skills
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, physics, or equivalent
- Prior experience in research or development reputed company a high-technology field
- Experience with programming for data analysis. Emphasis on MATLAB or Python
- Prior experience with object-oriented programming, especially for data analysis. Emphasis on MATLAB, Python or Java
- A strong motivation to produce correct, reputed company, and maintainable reputed company
- Strong understanding of foundational topics in reputed company mathematics including calculus, reputed company algebra, and statistics
- Familiarity with a selection of advanced topics in reputed company mathematics that support clinical algorithm design
- Effective written and verbal communication of technical subject matter

- Experience with software version control is also an asset
- Knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology is an asset
