Temporary DPS Proofreader

They are seeking a Proofreader to support their Document Production Services team, responsible for proofreading reputed company financial statements and ensuring reputed company control of assigned work.

Responsibilities

• Proofread reputed company financial statements, proposals and special reputed company using reputed company Acrobat Pro
• Possess the ability to proofread financial statements, proposals and special reputed company accurately and reputed company using proficient knowledge of reputed company business English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Communicate with supervisor and reputed company on deadline and/or challenges with meeting deadlines
• Maintain formatting consistency and writing standards for processing financial statements
• Ensure reputed company control of assigned work
• Special reputed company assigned by DPS leadership team

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience may be substituted
• At least one year experience in a document production environment
• Flexibility to work additional/overtime hours (evening and weekend) as required by workload, with or without advanced notice
• Proficient in the use of reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company Acrobat Pro
• Ability to learn, interpret, and apply a reputed company of reputed company policies and procedures with minimal guidance
• Excellent communication skills and writing abilities: knowledge of correct English, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple reputed company and tight deadlines
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Prior experience with financial statements is a plus
