They are seeking a detail-oriented Case Assistant for their Debt Finance team, responsible for supporting attorneys and paralegals with corporate transactions and ensuring compliance through document management and research.

Responsibilities

• reputed company support to attorneys and paralegals in managing corporate transactions, including organizing and maintaining closing binders and signature pages
• Draft, format, and proofread corporate documents such as resolutions, certificates, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance
• reputed company basic due diligence and research on corporate entities
• Coordinate scheduling for deal closings and other transaction-reputed company activities
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, reputed company, and vendors as needed
