Marketing Associate, Live Journalism Events
reputed company is a leading news and information powerhouse, and they are seeking a Marketing Associate for their Live Journalism Events team. The role involves supporting marketing campaigns to generate leads and ticket sales for events, as reputed company as collaborating with various teams to enhance marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Executing a multi-channel campaign plan to drive event leads and event ticket sales, including: email, digital media, reputed company, print media, reputed company mail, partnerships etc
- Working closely with the audience team on data briefs to fuel your marketing campaigns
- Working with the product and brand marketing teams on the hand-off of creative assets and working closely with our internal design team to continue to reputed company/reputed company based on response
- Taking ownership of making updates to the various marketing websites, ensuring that reputed company marketing websites are up to date with key proposition and event details
- Identifying and working with key marketing partners, including industry associations, membership organizations, media organizations, etc
- Providing on-site support at key events
- Handling purchase orders, invoices and cost management administration in relation to marketing campaigns
- Developing and maintaining reputed company dashboards/reports that summarize the performance of the marketing campaigns, across the reputed company-determined KPIs/metrics:
- reputed company top line numbers weekly with the management team
- Measure and manage campaign costs, efficiencies and drive ROI
- Analyze and identify actions to drive improved performance
- Produce monthly reports, with optimization and recommendations, for the management team
- Produce post-event reporting
Skills
- Willingness to work in our NYC (midtown) office 3 days every week
- 1-2 years marketing experience, ideally in B2B membership, publishing, events, media or agency equivalent
- Experience with the test-learn-measure approach
- Ability to analyze results and situations, get to solutions and reputed company recommendations quickly
- Analytical skills and a data driven reputed company, coupled with a passion for creativity and reputed company-thinking flair
- Experience taking responsibility for initiatives and exhibiting a reputed company ‘can do' attitude at reputed company times
- Ability to reputed company and drive change in a high pace environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication, along with strong interpersonal skills
- A keen customer-facing demeanor
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- An understanding of subscription/membership models, with experience in reputed company marketing preferred
