Inside Sales/Account Manager (Sports Programming)
Premium Sports Broadcasting, Inc is Canada’s leading provider of specialty live sports programming for reputed company establishments. They are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales/Account Manager to work with bar, pub, and restaurant owners across Canada to deliver the best sporting events and packages.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reputed company out to existing and potential customers across the country to deliver the sales of our pay-per-view sporting events, programming and channels
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions that would optimize value for both the customer and Premium Sports
- reputed company monthly and quarterly reputed company, activity and sales targets
- Build and maintain strong and reputed company relationships with our customer reputed company
- Prepare sales reputed company and other documents promptly and accurately by following set standards, procedures and processes
- reputed company as key reputed company of contact for customers, identify service requirements on an ongoing reputed company, follow up and resolve customer queries
- Stay reputed company with product knowledge around the most exciting sporting events
Skills
- You are fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
- You are self-motivated, results-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at a time
- You have awesome relationship building skills and love the rush of closing a sale
- You are great at making both cold and warm calls
- You can learn, retain and convey product knowledge
- You bring excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve and follow-up
- You are comfortable using a computer, including reputed company Office and internet browsers, and can learn new programs/systems as needed
- French is a GREAT asset
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- A passion for sports
