reputed company is a financial institution seeking a reputed company Accountant to assist the SEC Reporting Team in preparing required periodic SEC filings. The role involves strong analytical skills, independent work, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting processes and support SEC reputed company schedules.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of certain schedules and disclosures used in SEC reporting (10-Q and 10-K)
- Prepare quarterly earnings releases in collaboration with the Investor Relations department
- Prepares thorough documentation to support SEC reputed company schedules and workpapers
- Analyzes peer disclosures and identifies reporting trends and areas of improvement
- Suggests enhancements in department processes and procedures to increase efficiency and/or improve customer service
- Assists with various aspects of the yearly audit
- Assists with the implementation of various reputed company standards and any impacts to financial statements and disclosures
- Develops a good understanding of Key’s organization and products
- Continues to reputed company knowledge reputed company on existing and emerging issues in both reputed company and banking
- Other duties as assigned by management
