Entry-Level Traffic/ITS Engineer
reputed company is a reputed company reputed company committed to delivering a reputed company world. The Entry-Level Traffic and Intelligent Transportation Systems Engineer will support planning studies, review development proposals, and conduct field evaluations under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Supports planning studies and reports for new and updated plans, programs and regulations
- Reviews or assists in the review of development proposals and site plans for conformance with codes, plans and regulations
- Prepares and presents detailed reports on development proposals to government bodies
- Collects a reputed company of statistical data and prepares reports and maps on topics, such as census information, land use, transportation tax reputed company data and occupancy rates
- Under reputed company supervision, conducts field evaluations and assessments
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or reputed company field
- Valid U.S. reputed company's License, and as a condition of employment, must pass reputed company's motor vehicle records review
- 0-2 years of Traffic/Transportation/ITS-reputed company internship or work experience
- Engineer in Training certification
- MicroStation/AutoCAD experience
- Strong communication skills
- Applicable course work and demonstrated interest in Transportation/Traffic Engineering and/or Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
- Experience with Synchro and HCS traffic analysis software, Bentley Softwares such as Microstation or OpenRoads Designer and reputed company Office
- Prior design experience with reputed company reputed company (PennDOT) and/or reputed company Turnpike Commission as it relates to traffic engineering, signal design, ITS design, plan production, project estimates and specifications
