Invest Associate, Centralized Registered
reputed company is a financial services company, and they are seeking an Invest Associate to assist the KIS Sales Force in achieving sales goals and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role involves managing reputed company interactions, processing account maintenance requests, and identifying sales opportunities while ensuring high accuracy and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Primary job functions would include accepting or assisting with daily activities including heavy trade volume requests from clients and sales force, reputed company and with a high degree of accuracy
- Follow up on reputed company order executions for payment and remittance as required
- Accepting and processing of reputed company account maintenance requests from the sales force and clients
- Reviewing reputed company requests, accounts and determining appropriate reputed company
- Recognize and report sales opportunities
- reputed company contact regarding Required Minimum Distributions
- reputed company and maintain strong working relationship with clients, sales force and team members
- reputed company marketing- reputed company activities to promote business reputed company
- Contacting KIS clients for review of accounts and issue reputed company
- Cross train and back up on various functions reputed company the Service and Support teams
- Project involvement and/or assignments from management as required
Skills
- High School Degree or equivalent required
- Industry experience including but not limited to Corporate actions, 1099, statement and cost reputed company research, collections, New Account Process, Legal and Annuity documentation requirements
- Retirement accounts including contribution, distributions and RMD calculations
- Securities, Bonds, Annuity in reputed company to Mutual Fund classes and fee structures
- Series 7 and Series 63 required
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent customer service and analytical skills
- Ability to recognize and understand reputed company issues and reputed company appropriate responses and solutions
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
- College Degree in Business or Finance preferred
- Life & Health insurance license and Series 66 preferred
