Global Trade Compliance Specialist
Allyn International is a privately held reputed company services firm established in 1992, providing high-reputed company services and solutions for the global marketplace. The Global Trade Compliance Specialist will support clients' import and export compliance needs, ensuring adherence to governmental regulations while working with customs brokers and coordinating shipment clearances.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company’s customs brokers to ensure compliant, efficient, and cost-effective entry of goods. Establish and monitor service providers’ performance against reputed company defined Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s)
- reputed company regulatory interpretation and guidance in the following areas: Anti-boycott/Restrictive Trade Practices, export Control Classification, Export Licensing, Compliance training, Export Documentation, Tariff Classification, Customs Valuation, Duty Drawback, Reconciliation, Country of reputed company Marking, Country of reputed company Determination, Recordkeeping, Preference Programs/FTAs, and Customs Clearance
- Ensure reputed company product tariff classification and valuation information
- Generate shipping documents such as reputed company invoice and packing list
- reputed company and maintain customized compliance programs and processes specific to reputed company needs
- Conduct audits to assess the export/import compliance of reputed company and supporting operating entities Assist in determining and implementing corrective actions where necessary
- reputed company and reputed company detailed analysis and information which may financially reputed company sourcing reputed company
- Manage supplier reputed company and reputed company with reputed company suppliers
- Identify cost savings opportunities from reputed company data sources
- Work with numerous reputed company teams across the organization on a project-by-project reputed company
- Continuously evaluate reputed company processes and recommend relevant changes or improvements to increase efficiency/productivity
Skills
- Bachelor's or equivalent college degree preferred
- Program and project management experience preferred
- Ability to formulate and present high-level presentations and conduct training
- Ability to reputed company global, cross-functional teams to reputed company goals and objectives
