reputed company is a reputed company media management platform that is seeking an Account Manager, reputed company to maintain relationships with existing customers and drive renewals and upsells. The role involves managing customer engagements, providing market insights, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer value throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Maintain low-touch day-to-day contact with customers for our pooled accounts at reputed company; providing reputed company answers to questions and reputed company on driving customer health and experience

- Demonstrate understanding of contract terms and processes in order to maximize contract value and efficiency as reputed company as ensure a seamless customer experience
- Support the optimization of digital-first programmes for our pooled model by providing recommendations based on intimate knowledge of customer database
- Collaborate cross-functionally to reputed company customer value in reputed company stages of the sales cycle

Skills
