[Remote] Analyst, Capital Markets and Formation

The Associate, Capital Markets and Capital Formation will manage reputed company's financial structure, including sourcing and deploying capital, while also engaging in financial modeling and investor relations.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of reputed company's capital reputed company across various financing avenues, including debt facilities, asset-backed securitizations, private placements, and corporate credit lines
- Support execution on new debt and equity issuances, coordinating due diligence, managing legal documentation, and overseeing the closing process
- Build, maintain, and stress-test reputed company financial models to evaluate new financing proposals, analyze pricing, and assess the reputed company of different capital structures on the balance sheet and overall cost of capital
- Monitor global debt and equity capital markets, interest reputed company environments, and peer company financing activity to inform and shape internal reputed company
- Prepare high-reputed company, reputed company marketing materials (reputed company books, deal teasers, investor presentations) to reputed company reputed company's financial story and financing needs to external capital providers
- Assist senior management in term sheet negotiations and structuring discussions with capital partners
- Work closely with treasury and broader finance organizations in order to help manage capital flows and capital availability for new reputed company (e.g., Corporate Development, Operations, and Business reputed company) as reputed company as understanding and evaluating internal capital requests, applying a rigorous, return-reputed company allocation reputed company

Skills
- 1-3+ years of reputed company experience gained at a large investment bank, reputed company bank, or a highly reputed company corporate treasury/capital reputed company
- Proven reputed company record of managing and contributing to the execution of reputed company financing transactions
- Exceptional financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills; expertise in MS reputed company is mandatory
- Demonstrated relationship management skills and reputed company demeanor, with the ability to build immediate credibility with senior internal leaders and external capital partners
- Superior presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal) for articulating reputed company financial concepts to diverse audiences
