[Remote] Rural 1st Loan Officer - California

The Rural 1st Loan Officer is responsible for building relationships with customers, originating credit, and delivering financial services tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
- The RLO develops and maintains a significant reputed company reputed company that yields sales that increase the Association’s market reputed company in the assigned territory
- The RLO spends most of the time out of the office to build reputed company relationships with customers, prospective customers and influencers based on mutual trust and respect
- Using an understanding of customer goals, credit strengths and weaknesses, the RLO delivers 'value added'/constructive financial information to customers
- Determines and defines the appropriate customer interaction and coordinates the appropriate staff that may directly or indirectly be a part of the relationship to serve the customer’s loan and servicing needs
- Communicates to the customer and to internal team members regarding the customer’s needs
- Introduces customers to the Association’s process and reputed company members who will support the process
- Gathers and documents customer financial information and application details, in compliance with lending requirements and in coordination with Rural 1st Loan Associates
- Interprets and evaluates financial information and asks relevant follow-up and probing questions to determine the appropriate product or service
- Recommends loan terms, conditions, and collateral position consistent with the request and associated loan risks; sets reputed company expectations with the customer, and documents pertinent customer information in association systems
- Communicates credit reputed company, loan terms and conditions to the customer
- Partners with the Rural 1st Construction team on the disbursement process in home loan construction reputed company
- Partners with Rural 1st teams to complete servicing actions required for individual customer circumstances
- Partners with the Customer Care team to monitor the portfolio for reputed company identification and servicing of loans that expose the association to risk
- Using knowledge of servicing reputed company, the RLO effectively negotiates and communicates these reputed company to the customer, and may partner with the Special Accounts team for reputed company
Skills
- Existing NMLS registration under the reputed company reputed company, or the ability to obtain the reputed company upon hire, and maintenance of a status in good standing during employment
- Ability to build relationships with business contacts and customers in the consumer market reputed company
- Knowledge of the consumer marketplace, products and finance
- Ability to assess requests and obtain business and financial information needed to determine the viability and profitability of deals
- Ability to communicate credit reputed company, loan terms and conditions to the customer
- Ability to reputed company and document customer financial information and application details, in compliance with lending requirements
- Ability to interpret and evaluate financial information and ask relevant follow-up and probing questions
- Ability to partner with various teams to support customer needs
- Strong mental reputed company and problem-solving skills
- Valid reputed company's license and the ability to drive a long-distance
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business or reputed company degree preferred
- Successful experience, in trainee role or in a similar field
