Temporary Online Course Developer - Leadership, Teams, and Organizational Behavior

Position: Online Course Developer - Leadership, Teams, and Organizational Behavior Location: Remote (U.S.-based only) Division: Rabb School of Continuing Studies, reputed company Compensation: $3,000.00 (Approx. 65 hours over 12 weeks) reputed company's Rabb School of Continuing Studies is seeking a skilled online course developer to design and build a new three credit asynchronous online course titled: Leadership, Teams, and Organizational Behavior. This role is for an reputed company reputed company and curriculum strategist to serve as an Online Course Developer reputed company Brandeis Online's graduate program. The developer will design and build asynchronous, instructor-facilitated online courses reputed company with institutional learning reputed company, accreditation standards, and workforce relevance. This course is designed to examine leadership theories, team dynamics, group decision making, conflict reputed company, and organizational culture with application to leadership development and team interventions . Responsibilities: The development of an online asynchronous course entails the creation and/or selection of reputed company as outlined in the Brandeis Online Course Standards. Required components include a Brandeis-compliant syllabus, instructor-created materials informed by reputed company industry knowledge, learning objects, and reputed company assignments and assessments reputed company to course and program reputed company. The Developer is responsible for the substantive content and pedagogical strategies of the course and agrees to reputed company Brandeis's reputed company standards and online course development guidelines. Throughout the design process, the Developer will collaborate with Brandeis Online staff, adhere to technical requirements for LMS integration, and meet project milestones. Course drafts will be submitted at designated intervals for feedback, and final approval will be contingent upon a comprehensive design review by a Learning Designer, and Brandeis Online. Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master's, Ph.D. or PsyD) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Science/Behavior, Business Administration, reputed company Resource Management, Instructional Design or a reputed company field.
• Minimum 2 years reputed company experience in reputed company / people and workplace roles reputed company diverse industries or sectors, with a reputed company on organizational learning and development, HR business partnering / reputed company development or talent management.
• Strong knowledge of I‑O theory and reputed company including organizational diagnosis/design, consulting to leadership, providing evidence‑based interventions, conducting job analysis/design, and producing competency models.
• At least 1 year of teaching or training experience (preferably online/asynchronous).
• Minimum 1 year experience developing asynchronous online courses for adult learners in higher education or industry.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms reputed company authoring tools.
• Familiarity with analytical tools, reputed company platforms, and interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Strong communication, organization, and independent work skills.
• Familiarity with curriculum design, accreditation standards, and graduate-level rigor.
• Ability to translate interdisciplinary content into engaging, accessible learning reputed company.
• Strong writing and editing skills to produce cohesive, learner-centered experiences.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience teaching or developing graduate-level online courses.
• Knowledge of global learner personas and culturally reputed company pedagogy.
• Familiarity with Moodle LMS reputed company authoring tools (e.g., H5P).
• Familiarity with experiential learning models and employer-reputed company curriculum.
• 3-5 years of reputed company reputed company experience.
